What the analysts don't understand: Online fun is more about people interacting with each other (in real time) than about interacting with servers, and no one, not Compuserve, not Prodigy, not MSN, and certainly not the hopelessly dull ISPs come even remotely close to offering the community and chat that AOL does.for close to six million subscribers. This is AOL*s greatest strength, the Unique Selling Point that makes it so addictive, and one you could not have fully experienced using a friend*s account. It's why AOL is growing at an outragously fast pace and why it will continue to be the dominant online force for years to come. I*ve been with AOL a long time and I*ll grant you there are some access problems from time to time, but they are NOTHING COMPARED TO THOSE I*VE EXPERIENCED ON THE ISP*S I*VE TRIED ON FREE TRIALS. You have to remember that the online industry is in its infancy and prone to such problems. AOL clearly gives me far better access than any other service I*ve tried. Best regards....Ed
