I didn't/wouldn't vote for Bush so that may color my viewpoint - but doesn't he seem somewhat "more" incompetent these last few months? All the gaffs lately now this - he totally blew this question and answer session with soldiers today. Turned out it was totally staged but they tried to pass it off as unrehearsed. Another failure.
