Hi Bill; Re: "If not, it is difficult to see how anyone could represent any assertion about terrorist creation and Iraq as a fact." The real issue is that of saving American lives. The fact is that the countries that are in Iraq have had suicide bombers blow them up since then. A large scale attempt was just made in Oklahoma. The bomber blew hisself up early, either while redistributing explosives or when his timer went off without any targets or whatever. One of the stupid arguments for fighting in Iraq was so that we would fight the terrorists there instead of fighting them here. Since then, we have had more than 2000 citizens killed in Iraq. That is far, far, far more casualties than the worst attacks that have gone on in western countries since 9/11. Soon enough our death toll in Iraq will exceed that of the 9/11 attacks. -- Carl
