Ascend will continue to descend gradually--this is the full terror period of MMs and other manipulators. They are utilizing their manipulations resources briliantly. Here are some of their resources: 1) Plants in the news media. These plants continue to print negative stories to increase the terror factor. 2)The MMs possess a knowlege of Margin interest and use this knowlege to slowly terrorize these investors until they panic. 3)The MMs and their institutions put out a stream of downgrades and earnings revisions. A word here and penny decrease there. It all works into the terroization factor. Never anything substantial but the effects are the same--terror, terror , terror. The inexperienced investor can feel the butterflies and tightening stomach as they get closer and closer to margina calls or losing a significant part of their capital. 4)They mangnify every weakness in the comapnies they manipulate. Ascend has legitimate weaknesses, but they also have legitimate strengths. During these manipulation periods, you will hardly ever hear a word about the strengths of the co. from covering institutions. 5) Finally, they will unleash their big guns when we hear concrete negative earnings or some other "horrible" negatives. At that time we will probably be getting the beginnings of end of year selling for tax losses. The stock should explode downward at that point--between 3-5 points. That will be the time to buy, IMO. I expect this to occur around 30-32. The stock might dive to 26-30. Everyone will be so terrorized at that point that they will freeze, unable to think clearly to utilitze the opportunity--that's when the MMs and manipulating institutions are buying the most. IMO, that's when the bulk of your buying should occur. Warning: I only give you this information for your understanding, and no one should buy or sell on this information along.
