Russ Feingold is the Feingold of McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform. It didn't work, but still, another plus in his column for trying. He's a Senator from Wisconsin. I don't know if he plans to run, but he's the only Dem that's given me any reason to vote for him. The Dems better get it together - they probably won't have the advantage of anything like Bush-loathing going for them next time.
