Mr. Tyson, I am sitting in the back of the auditorium with my popcorn and Coke watching the entertainment. Ms. Lucky Girl would do well to sit in the back of the auditorium of a Civil Procedure class before she makes a complete ass out of herself. I guess Ms. Lucky Girl was too busy telling me to go to the back of the auditorium to pay attention to my hints of "Cross Complaints" "Cross Defendants". I will leave it to you to explain it to her . Go to the front of the auditorium. But first, please pass the Milk Duds and the Junior Mints. Too bad Silicon Investor does not allow my level of membership to send private messages. I can't send one of "WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!" to Jeffrey Mitchell ;-)
