I bought a few shares, with great difficulty, as trading is thin.

This stock has potential to move if the trend of increasing revenue can be maintained for a few more quarters. Most semiconductor equipment stocks have shown good relative strength over recent weeks, holding steady in a weak market, perhaps signalling a turn for the group.
