Tommaso, I took the TGV from CDG to Bordeaux last year and it was nothing like the Chinkansen trains in Japan (IBM's European commodity team is located in Bordeaux). The TGV is very clean and conveniently located at CDG but nowhere near as fast as the Japanese trains. Perhaps I got on the wrong one but we stopped every 20 minutes and the train never did go anywhere near 120 - 140 kph. Even stopped at Disneyland. That said, traveling in Europe or Japan is alot more fun than here in the US. The Japanese have train travel down pat! Michael
