I can't believe anybody expected the MICHIGAN consumer survey to be UP??? With Delphi going into bankryptcy and the UAW laborers being told their wage must be competitive - down is a no brainer. When you tell GM related employees that they must have a competitive wage - you just took out the confidence of the State of Michigan. Should be NO surprise here folks - just more noise. Bob
