This message is actually to James, I clicked on the wrong Respond button. Are you serious in saying that you think Nanny was threatening to shoot somebody with a gun as opposed to using the sign on her friend's property as a metaphore? She came back when you indicated this, and made clear her lawyer was not a real shotgun, James. Really, put that out of your mind. It's crystal clear that what Nanny has been saying is that this BB has been used by shorts to encourage and instigate damaging lawsuits against Presstek, even going so far as to give the names and addresses and phone numbers of attorneys to contact, and also explicitly soliciting complaints to the SEC (I recall words like "the more the better"); and that what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. (Do you have geese, Nanny?)
