Why DON'T you realize that I am the one that is behind getting this dumb company to finally post its first PR, and finally post an update that tells us more? HUH? DUMMY. What in the heck do you think I've been doing here? I am FORCING this company to tell us what in the heck it's been doing for the last 6 months. However, they have not made it clear to me who they are doing this JV with. They called it a 20% interest in the PR. Now they call it a JV. They talk about the region of this country, but DO NOT make it clear if they are working with the region, the country, the local government or a "private" company, as they originally said in the first PR. A government and a "private company" are two different things. If it were not for me BASHING the heck out of TWOG, we would still have no PR, and we would not have a UPDATE. It's Twog's, Mancini's and Needham's own fault that I had to RESORT to Bashing them so hard. I got thousands of dollars tied up in their poorly run company that did not respond appropriately to my requests for info. by email and phone calls. So, I had no choice but to EXPOSE, what I felt was FRAUD.
IF TWOG, Mancini and Needham, start running this company like "professionals" and start communicating with me/us better and start announcing PRs and updates on a regular basis like at least once a month, if not every 2-4 weeks - IF they DO all these things from here on out - then I will feel I have accomplished my mission, and I will then be more supportive of their "improved" behavior - when and IF - I am able to determine they are running the company better and actually ACCOMPLISHING things.
I have emailed them, phoned them, posted messages, talked to them by phone, and told them what I expect of them.
It's taken 6 months for them to finally wake up and realize I ain't going away.
I was so fed up and sick and tired of this company and its lack of results, that I almost sold out many times. I needed my money back - desperately.
But, I decided I was going to ride this deal from the bottom back to the top or from the bottom all the way to their demise - whichever came first.
I want all my money back, so I am going to RIDE these guys hard all the way to the bitter end or to the very peak and top of their success - whatever comes first.
So, you big dummy, can't you see and realize that I am the one here that has spent countless minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, DEMANDING results here?
IF anything - you owe it to me - that this stock is now moving back up.
Don't you realize that I got in at .07 - and I want this stock back up more than you or anyone?
But, I will continue to RIDE these guys as hard as I can to DEMAND performance.
I have gotten RESULTS by making DEMANDs.
We are where we are because of my efforts in getting them to communicate with us better.
Why do you think they posted the update?
Because I demanded it, and I gave them to Oct. 18th, 2005, to give us the info. or ELSE.
So, you can THANK me that I have PRESSURED these dummies - ok dummy?
I will stand behind and support this company only if they do the right things and they communicate with me/us better and only if they perform.
I still want to know who the "private" company is?
Now, they mention a "J.V.?"
They talk about the REGION of the country and a local government and economy, but as usual, they always seem to either leave out something or intentionally try to get us to assume something - that may be totally wrong - but the more we assume - it's to their advantage.
I don't want to ASSUME things, I WANT TO KNOW FACTS.
Is the 20% interest and the JV vested in a "private" company or in the local government of this certain region of Russia? That is not made totally clear.
If I was making the PR, I would specifically say:
"The 20% interest and the JV is with a certain private company named ... XYZ Corporation. Or, the 20% interest and the JV is vested in the local Komi government, based in a certain region, in Russia, by N. Europe, etc."
Instead, they talk about this region, and its oil interests and production, but DO NOT specifically tell us if that is the partner or not?
We are left to assume that this is the partner.
But, anyone who is savvy in business and has been involved in legal matters - knows that if you ASSUME things - it only makes an ASS out of U and ME = ASSUME.
Let's hope these guys are finally on track to accomplishing something spectacular.
I like what I now am seeing, but it's taken 6 months of NOTHING - to finally get there.
They should've given us a monthly update.
It is the company's fault that investors have gotten angry.
If the company wants a better relation with shareholders they can begin by communicating with us better and making sure that the PRs are REAL and by accomplishing things.
I hope they are on the right track NOW, for their SAKE and OUR's.
I am the one that's hear FORCING change for the better.
So you can THANK me - personally.

Hopefully, Twog, Mancini and Needham, now know and understand that I mean BUSINESS and I expect them to PERFORM.
I have had complaints from others and I have told all of them to email, phone and post complaints and DEMAND results and threaten to go to the SEC and the FBI.
It's a shame that Twog and founders forced us to go to such drastic measures in order for them to finally LISTEN and respond to our DEMANDS.
I hope they will MIND and BEHAVE better from here on out.

Take that seriously from a guy who is NOT going to be ripped off from anyone anymore - IF I can help it - I will take the Bull by the Horns and challenge and confront FRAUD anywhere I see it.
Let's HOPE these guys are acting better and not committing FRAUD.
I EXPECT GOOD THINGS AND BETTER THINGS.
If Twog, Mancini and Needham, DO GOOD and get good RESULTS - then I will take the pressure off and I will even give them some recognition and PRAISE - but first we must see some continued PROGRESS.
I got my hard earned money in this deal, and I want all of it back.
Not just 5% of it. I am down about 95% or so. So, I will bash them until they get back to .07.
Then, I will bash them until they get up to $1.13 and then I will kiss them and give them a hug - because I will finally get back all the money I lost in the damned stock market by dumb companies that promised the moon and gave me dog crap in return.

IF they do the right thing and PERFORM, there is no reason why we cannot be at $1.13 in the next few months - IF they really do work hard and PERFORM and stop taking vacations and get BUSY.
