Not many at all Lindy, they're largely building cement homes one at a time. Rarely do you see entire neighborhoods being put up and most are less than 1500 square feet. Even rarer are homes with a garage. And the kitchens! I should let my wife tell you about those. ;-)

Contrast that with homes my buddy Tim is building near Seattle. Solid quiet homes, with fancy everything. No wonder the prices are going up and up, people are willing to pay so much more for the amenities.
