I think this tactics of deception is not going to work, maybe only for extremely dumb investors. You need to realize that 208Mbit of cache already takes 1.3B transistors (6T cell), so this is not any achievement by industry standard. Memories are regular block structures where manufacturing defects can be relatively easy corrected by redundancy.
