forgot to mention for SD, the on market inventory has increased to 15,757 from 12,055 on June 23 when I first started tracking. Time on market has increased from 52 to 61 days. I have no way of tracking this but I heard the price reductions now are fast and furious. The overall data points to a slow down in both price and market time. It is unclear whether the rise in interest rate recently is big enough to have an impact yet. UCLA (Anderson School) apparently published some study about Calif real estate and economy during the last few weeks when I was gone. Anyone got a link? Save me some time searching for it.
