There is none better. Unfortunately, there is a quantum leap in complexity once you get beyond the basics of McMillan.
Ultimately, you'll have to have Natenberg down pat before you can properly assess "strategies". You can also try Cottle's book, which is still available as a freebie PDF...

I also believe with options there is no subsititute for experience, so get a decent options broker and start trading 1-lots and spreads to see what happens. And take notes! :)

Beware of magazines and columns, 95% of them are absolute crap and full of really really bad (and dangerous) information.
