Sultan:

After many years of owning Geac I have been out of Geac and over in the NG companies for several months now.

I did not like the sale of the Intereality division. My son has worked there nearly 20 years and is still there.
But I thought that was a solid business and that programs always can be improved and sold as updates become available.

I know the company does not like to discuss (uncertain)
future plans, which leaves me in the dark as to WTF they plan next. It would seem they could have provided a much better reason/discussion of that sale.

It seemed they sold a good part of the business and I would like to know why. Was it the only part solid enough to find a buyer? And what was the specific reason it was sold.
