Actually, after examining the evidence of hundreds of mass graves, I was being conservative in regard to the numbers.

On the other hand, some may sting cling to the U.N. belief that back door oil deals with Saddam would have created the environment where he valued democracy, and prevented his genocidal nature from seeing the light of day.
