Ferret-Maria Maybe it is the foam that needs to be looked at--perhaps they need to try a new materia, a different combination of the order in which they apply the foam. If the foam is being applied last with no covering to prevent its flying off when it become brittle then seems logical to either cover it or eliminate it. mj
