A. We are not operating under Argentine Law.

B. The data does not have to have been in the "Calcatreu" package. This is immaterial.

C. That Newmont was exiting Argentina or that it did not intend to stake the geochem anomaly is immaterial to its use by a third party. Such objections of disvesting or misuing parties is jejune. Their use of any confidential data is immaterial to calumny concerning it, as much that a Museum being robbed could not be accused of not capitalizing on its rare artrifacts rather than just storing them.
