I find it hard to believe that Bush had any notion of including Pakistan and SA in any hunt for WMDs. He may have said it but then the guy's a nut and is liable to make any ridiculous remark from time to time. The dominio theory is pure neocon (Wolfowitz et al) grandiosity. They were supposedly so infused with the insanity of power that they were going to use the US military to bring down OPEC by flooding the market with cheap Iraqi oil. It would destroy the economic base of muslim countries and make the ME safe for Israel. Or something like that. I don't know what has happened to Blair in the last five years but I guess he's now in politics for his own personal bank account and is reported to be heading for the Carlyle Group. These people are disgusting and a great detriment to their countries.
