BAY CITY, MI AND TORONTO, Oct 14, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- RMD Entertainment Inc. (SCXC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sciax Corp., announced today that it has reached an agreement with SingTel Group to distribute RMD's complete digital music catalogue. This agreement will be undertaken through its existing contract with Groove Mobile. Groove Mobile is Europe's leading mobile music provider, delivering one of the most compelling downloadable mobile music experiences available. SingTel Group, which has significant operations in Singapore and Australia (through wholly owned subsidiary SingTel Optus), provides a comprehensive portfolio of services which include voice and data services over fixed, wireless and Internet platforms.
