Jim...I hate hearing those words again (Reverse Split). It is nothing more than a paper lion trying to hide obvious deficiencies. If you need to resort to this tactic to get your company noticed, then you have more than share price problems, you have bigger problems. This is like grading on a curve. I mean lets face it, how do you properly value a company with no revenues? You can't divide profit by outstanding shares! So QDRX has an intrinsic value placed on its shares, and the investing world says it is about half a buck. Without the revenue equation, it does not matter how many shares are out there, the world views QDRX as a 50 cent stock..presently!! Net profit has to be improved for the share price to rise. Not just changing the rules. How can we as the shareholders increase net profit? Well without significant revenues, then reduce expenses is the first thing that comes to mind. Salaries! Positions that don't contribute DIRECTLY to production! Perks! If QDRX had the balls, they would make THESE changes before trying to manipulate the share price by a reverse split. I have witnessed plenty of reverse splits, and I must say that the VAST majority of them return to their pre-split levels, only now you have x-amount less paper. PKGP, one I have been following, for example, reverse split, and within 6 months returned to .50 a share. BUT, they also are in the delisting dilemma and over the past 8 days, this stock went from .48 to 1.01 WITHOUT news, hype, etc. The company knows how to get it's price up without the final desperate exasperated last gasp of a reverse split. As a share holder..I vote NO. If approved, I sell, that simple. I will NOT be around for the inevitable disaster.
These are my thoughts, opinions, my beliefs. I don't need anyone to approve or disapprove of them. Sorry for the ramble, this reverse split shit really fires me up. And it should fire you up too.
