You seem to forget that Hitler was elected by a popular majority in an election according to the laws of Germany.

Sort of, but not exactly. This tells the whole story.


Thanks for posting the article. I know Hitler's rise well but it still makes me sick to my stomach to read about it. Weak and compromised individuals coupled with the over-the-top demands by those who defeated Germany in WW I allowed for the rise of one of the world's most evil of leaders. Millions paid for the mistakes made by a few. One has to remember that that the German people chose democracy over Hitler but in the end, their choice lost out to the highest and strongest of bidders.
