No different than how people vote for Presidency. People that are totally clueless (because they are too busy, etc.) vote all the time, so why would you expect this to be any different? I would argue that we need to revamp our entire voting system as follows: 1. put the voting system online 2. people must be presented with facts and data, before clicking "Next" to vote 3. people must pass a short quiz on their knowledge for the topic before they can click "Next" to vote 4. then they get to vote. Advancement has always been dragged down by the slowest common denominator. This needs to be fixed by extending rights to all those people that take initiative to educate themselves on a matter. If you don't pass a basic test on the topic that's to be voted, you can't vote on that particular topic. Age shouldn't be a factor, knowledge should be. Regards, Amy J
