So the richer you are, the more your vote counts?

Some democracy... though unfortunately not too far off of today's system.

Just throwing out an idea. It seems the more you pay for something, the more you should have a say in how it is run. Perhaps not an absolute matching ratio, but it seems like the vote of someone who pays $100 million in taxes should have more weight than someone who pays zero. It does in most every other structure where people are paying in fees and dues.
