I agree we must respond when attacked. Furthermore, as in Afghanistan's case, when a country shelters terrorists which have attacked you, you must respond as well. And Iraq did shelter people who'd attacked America, both in the past and as currently as the assassination of Lawrence Foley. Furthermore, we need to respond when a foreign country tries to kill a current or former President, as Saddam also did.
