Which do you think they would have accepted? Not the way it would have played out. The US constitution specifically states that elections are a state issue. There would have been a state wide recount, as ordered by the Florida SC. Whatever, the "states rights conservatives" on the USSC bench are not above politics... they play the states rights card when ti suits them. Watch for the assisted suicide ruling for Oregon... and then tell me about conservative judges and states rights. John
