Indeed, and I also have to believe if he was wearing the GPS & that GPS got near the border, that the programmers in charge of the monitoring system would have caused it to raise some pretty big flags.

The alarm buzzers would be going off at the border.

If he was wearing the ankle-tracking device, like the one that Martha had on, I don't think he would have been able to walk across the boarder without getting caught.

So while we don't have Elgindy's explanation, we do know that a necessary first step to crossing into either Canada via Montana, or Mexico via San Diego, would be to strip himself of the tracking device and give himself a head start. Both of which were accomplished either purposefully or by random chance by what Elgindy was doing with his Airplane flight on Fake ID attempt.

He was carrying back all the Jewelry from New York so the, he was selling it thing does not wash out well. Elgindy also was not a bi-coastal commuter, which was being implied. Each trip needed approval. Anyone have the Docket?

We certainly don't have Elgindy's explanation, but we do know that what Jeffery is offering (that he used the Fake ID to save 200 dollars in plane fare), is a ridiculous proposition. As if he would not have used his real ID of he needed to use a Coupon.
As if he would not have simply asked his lawyers for a change.

Elgindy wanted to be out of his known location and out of tracking of law enforcement. He achieve both those goal, but was caught before he could take the flight to Arizona

We just don’t know for what specific reason and Elgindy has offered none. With all of his other posting after the verdict I would think he would address this in some manner.

[fwiw I doubt that Jeffery will or should post or send you anything from Elgindy unless Elgindy specifically says the should. The man is still not sentenced, and if he does not say another word, in the face of people trying to get him to, well I would not blame him a bit. Any lawyer would tell their client to shut his face until after the verdict at the very least.]
