I would like to thank you for the excellent coverage of the conference, not to mention your comments to other members of the thread about the conference.
I have stated here on more than one occasion, that until you meet and talk with Jim Steenburgen, you have know idea of "the tenacity of Amati."
No matter the venue, one cannot acquire this locution anywhere else.
This is something one cannot glean from reading PR, my veracity, nor Pat's opulent Amati view.
I'm glad you were afforded the opportunity, and are now included in our collective conciseness.
Here are some of your comments which I use in reference for the above:
I really liked JS' style, no slick talk, talked in plain english and needs a PR person with moxey.
Jim said that GTE will do some CAP, but AMTX is going to get a good share. He is a very good CEO. A no BS kind of guy, not like the slick y2k CEOs.
Ross - Yesterday i was crazy because of no news. Now I feel good, relaxed.
More people were trying to understand Jim's interpretation of the news issued by the other companies and his perceptions of their announcements. He stated very plainly that in his opinion many of the companies, no matter what they said, would wind up licensing with Amati.
I will make a few inconsequential comments:
I'll stand on 42nd street and collect if I have to.
I am of the same mind set. Having installed the Electronic Security System here at the Cape, I'm sure, if need be, I can gain access to the Pads and Paint Amati Logo's on the projectiles we launch.
Brian Says -I would expect nothing else from the Company itself, but don't you think we should temper our expectaions? Or is there something different about the projections that gives you greater confidence?
NYBB Replys > Brian -- I am not paid to Hype or Tout. Let me just say that hearing the story from Alpha to Omega made alot of sense. JS gave us candid feedback and was very conservative.
How many times have I had the Hype word thrown at me, after stating facts, and opinions based on those facts, over the past 21 months. I care not, and post what I know.
The numbers are extremely conservative. The company directors and management have waited a long time for the ship to come in to port and they don't want it to sink because it hit the dock too hard.

Pat -- You are the only person i know who can get a big investor, a sharp Techie Engineer and a CPA to cover the event for your fans. Amati knows the stocks in strong hands.
Pat is the only person I know that can get many things accomplished, which are far beyond that of mortal Man , Woman or Omnipotent Being.
srvhap -- Software proprietary to Amati & experience in DMT. If you can't beat them, join them and the bet is we have a great lead.
In this industry with programmable DSP, "Software Rule's" and once I knew Amati was ahead of the pack with their deals with TI's C6X, I felt even more confident.
They are doing all kinds of deals and it seems everyone has to come to them. This reminds me of "When all roads lead to Rome". All I want to be is the toll collector on the main thruway to Rome.
Isn't it funny how when there are is no Press, I feel so comfortable, all it takes, is talking to JS and asking a few pointed questions.
BTW I have used that ALL Roads Lead to Rome" quote a few times here.
Problem is many people can't follow directions, and end up getting lost in the desert.

pat --pretty accurate... stop....everythings fine..stop....every other company is using puffery...stop... Amati has the goods...stop.
Sometimes I fall off my chair when reading the puffery coming from other companies. I fall off because I'm laughing so hard.

Wow, I sure more than one has found this out about me. I will not tolerate the forces of evil, whomever the anonymous persons were, and whatever their objectives, who have posted erroneous and misleading information about Amati, over the past 21 months.
This is not a Day Trading Stock and is not for those individuals requiring Depends Undergarments for every 2 point swing.
I wish I had thought of that line a year ago, it would have come in handy many times.
