Second update: SNUS’ PR provides all the details: The up-front fee is $20M, the equity purchase is at $4.02/sh (Friday’s close), and the potential milestones are $132M. There are also some warrants at $4.32. CC today at 8:30 a.m. biz.yahoo.com Strange that SHR’s PR from earlier this morning omitted all the important stuff.
