That was a quick purchase. I guess shareholders have no say on what the company buys. Not suprising! I am suprised the company did not dip on the annoucement of lower earnings. I don't think the company is going to push the media buttons and say there operating earnings were profitable. I said in early posts they were going to use this as an excuse for not making their numbers. It would be nice of this quarters loss would eclipse the other 2 quarters gains. The P/E may shoot to 100. I don't know why the buyout price was less with this company, nobody knows anything except HSU and his Lawyers. The company they purchased Compass from may have wanted the deal to go through before this qaurter was over to take the 17.5m as a gain and have banner quarter or meet their numbers.
