The thread will flame me for saying this again, but I think it's pretty clear that oil prices have caused inflation, which has cause the Fed to continue to raise rates. All of that has conspired to put a lid on stocks this year. Over the next 5 years, we'll start to get slack in supply again and that will bring oil prices back down, which will bring all prices back down, giving the stock market breathing room again.
