Take Iraqi oil off the world market? How did they take Iraqi oil off the market? They have been doing everything they can to get more of it on the market. Why the naiveté? By this date, most people are aware that the war has been badly mismanaged. Whether by intent or ineptude, the Bush administration's unvasion of Iraq and the subsequent fight with the insurgency has managed to keep a lot of Iraqi oil off the market. I am not suggesting that the blame is direct and that Bush bombed the pipelines but they might as well have.
