Its what makes the whole discussion in the US very frustrating. You want to take some defintion from the McCarthy era and pretend that it is the actual definition. What I am saying is that Finland has a CEO of Nokia because it isn't pure socialism but rather a mix of capitalism and socialism. The US is also a mix but more to the right whereas Finland is more to the left. To my knowledge, the only places where there is pure socialism practiced is in Cuba and the kibbutzim of Israel. ted
