Things never seem to change:

"Based on our backlog and our customers' forecasts, we expect sales for the second quarter of fiscal year 2006 ending December 31, 2005 to be between $37 million and $39 million.

[Big woop, sounds like last quarters guidance]

This forecast reflects a government customer push-out of approximately $4 million due to technical issues not involving our product.

[funny how it never seems to be SBS's fault ... and yet they continue to miss]

This order, originally scheduled to ship in the second quarter, is now scheduled to ship in the second half of our fiscal year.

[Oh yea, anyone want to give odds of this happening]

For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, we continue to expect sales to be between $165 million and $175 million," said Peckham.

[Hey Bob, now I see why you like these guys ... always the optimists]

I don't know what the buyers see in this company. Maybe they have an eye on the $55 million cash. But they can have my shares for just over $10.
