And sometimes, everyone just looks the other way, and pretends they don't see an elephant's nose in the tent.... Explain this to me: If it REQUIRED a Constitutional amendment to ban the drug alcohol, then another to remove the ban... from where is the authority derived to pass national laws criminalizing a plant, like say marijuana? The States, of course, would have the legal authority to do so... just as they have the authority to ban alcohol anytime they choose to... but, from WHERE do the feds claim such new authority, that they NEVER HAD BEFORE? Has the Constitution changed? Or is it just ignored now?
