Yes Kirk, I follow it regularly though I do not record it. I am sure it is at the lowest level I have ever seen, the Oct 2002 low had a 0.16 reading. Its been one of the key reasons I do not believe in a wholesale decline, and is arguing for quite the opposite IMO. Charts have not been in agreement which is why I have kept my positions light, but the action on MMM is now the first indication that something very bullish may be coming our way.
