Not only is it strange anyone would join this board he is now handed a 160 point 37 page lawsuit. Way to big to post here but look at the latest sec filing. This hasn't even touched on the Enterworks/Telos transactions disclosed which would seem to be a slam dunk look at since Wood is the pres/ceo of both.
