I had my partners brother give up on Cohu 4-5 months ago.

He said he'd been patient and studied the past income performance.

The 99-00 was an "anomaly".

It all adds up to the average guy is gone and the die hard is losing faith.

Quite frankly your impatient criticism is representative of the many.

How do you think those blocks occurred without the price going up?

If you went to the market and wanted to buy 15,000 shares would you split the bid/ask or pay on the average about .50 to a buck higher buying those?(if that or more)

One must learn to think the opposite of the action/noise.

When the stock drops in price buy it.

When the stock pops in price sell it.

In between be unemotional and patient.

If it takes 5 years to make 100 %, that's 20 % ROE.

Not bad - no banker or dividend will do that.

You expect SBSE to act always like it did during it's distribution sell off.

That was just one of 4 phases a stock goes through.

Learn them all - learn to be patient and pay attention to struggles/trends other very viable companies suffer through in times like these.

The only guys making money now are energy sectors.

Heck they're going to rip us off forever.Energy is at a declining availability status, and the Chinese have unending government money to buy it all up.It will never get cheap again!

If you believe that buy Exxon.

Somebody with a whole lot more money than we'll ever dream about, just sold a block through Goldman Sachs that is so big - we need a special calculator to count the zero's.

It is proof of a sector rotation.

How about if I told you about a company that is 2 generations ahead of their competitors, just escaped breaking 10 billion in a quarter, has 50%margins plus ( closer to 60%),had revenue growth of 18% and has been in the double digits growth for over 7 quarters and went down 50 cents on the announcement?

Intel is the name?!?

Sbse's price action was better than that today! On a small miss of revenue recognition and growing backlog.

The market is dishing out contrary price action in the face of better business.

If you want to sell into that - get with it.

The local bank will pay you an after tax, inflation adjusted, money loser, and you can even get it guaranteed for up to 30 years if you are fool enough to do it.GG

Nope Not Me - I'll be patient and enjoy watching guys like you lose patience, lose your potential to get a 20-25% compounded ROE,and call me stupid while I wait.

The more I watch Sbse, the more I like them.

Ericsson,Amat,Delta,GE,not a bad crowd of rock solid firms that are building products way into the future and using Sbse.

That my friend is where the margins are.It is not resources,it is not cheap labor - it is in high technology.

Sbse had a below expected quarter because of push outs and governmental funding delays.

You could have a loser like Nvls that has product quality problems that are causing pushouts.

Me I'll be patient.

This is a 2 for 1 split and a 30 dollar stock.

Hey it is free to dream.

REMEMBER WHERE YOU HEARD IT FIRST!!!

This market is so crappy that even national treasures (Intel) go down after almost record everywhere performance is announced.

Who do you think wins in the market? - The masses or the few?

Where should you be?

Bob
