Jay, I had a chat with one of my HK friends yesterday, a jeweler (manufacturing) who travels back and forth. He said HK retail space is going sky high again, quoting numbers that has too many digits for me to fathom. Mainlanders are supposedly the big drivers. Is this true? A bubble? Ramsey
