67 seems ridiculously young to me. I think it's fine to give people payments if they are ill, and must retire, but with our longer lifespans it seems silly to me to encourage people to retire in their 60's. What you reward you get more of, and I'd rather reward people for working (on top of that people often are healthier if they stay working, than if they quit). Clearly if one can afford to retire on one's own, fine, but why we should collective pay for it, I can't imagine.

(but that's just all imho- means testing is fine too)
