Democrats abusing power? LOL. The GOP controls the Presidency, House, Senate, and 7 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices were appointed by GOP Presidents.

Of course, that will change in November 2006, after a significant portion of Leavenworth Prison is set aside for GOP leaders and operatives. The hearings to be held in January 2007 by House Committee Chairs Conyers, Waxman, George Miller, Obey, Dingell and Rangel, all under the supervision of Speaker Pelosi, will be fascinating to observe.
