I'm giving them till the start of November. I see no upside potential until late next year. Even then, I don't know how much. These days, you have to handily beat estimates to get rewarded. Just meeting them gets you nothing because that expectation is all ready built in to the stock. When is the last time Intel handily beat consensus and with good forward guidance? At least GE pays 2.6% dividend. THE WATSONYOUTH
