Since this place is a 
Ghost Town
 then most of the float was probably available. Maybe that's why they say "volume proceeds price". It sure would be nice to have a few more days like today and see what happens. I know one thing, today VWKM & Company took a baby step in the right direction and got some attention. The question is "Can they take another one?" Dunno...hope so.
