John Kerry and the Democratic National Committee. DeLay will face a hearing in Austin before state district Judge Bob Perkins, whose political contributions include: $200 to presidential candidate John Kerry on July 14, 2004. $200 to Sen. Kerry on July 24, 2004. $475 to Kerry on July 29, 2004. $200 to MoveOn.org on Sept. 11, 2004. $200 to the Democratic National Committee on Oct. 13, 2004. Another $200 to the DNC the very next day.
