E_K_S. ACTI: Have no experience with ACTI. Buying it now because I noticed in the new lows list that it sold below cash value (and with no ltd). I have small positions in several current and erstwhile below-cash plays. Always looking to add another. If you will be buying this company for its value and for its prospects, I will consider upping my few shares.
