Very good outlook. I think of the King Crab. They are almost extinct in Alaska waters, and being way over harvested off of Russia. I don't think they are poorly adapted, just slow growers and very yummy. Same thing with Chanterelle mushrooms. Science still hasn't figured out how to grow them domestically. Is that poor adaptability or just persnickety mushrooms?
