The Secret History amazon.com It's a really interesting book- a little Gatsby (which one character is reading in the book), a little Leopold and Loeb, a little Catch Me If You Can, and a lot of really wonderful writing. The descriptions are quite nice, and the college and landscapes/weather of Vermont are as much characters as setting. Nice read. I think anyone here would enjoy it- and it's as much a man's book as a woman's- so don't go thinking it's a chick book, because it isn't.
