There has never been a communist state just as there has never been a free market. These are theories that do not exist in the real world.

Where in this is a dictator? Where is the authoritarianism? Aside from a government on the path to a communist utopia, people are supposed to direct themselves in a fair and civilized manner. As I said, it's a theory.
