< Mory, please respond your stockholders are hurting badly> At the risk of being flamed by many I'll take a shot. Hopefully he's running the company and trying to maximize shareholder value over the longer term. I seriously doubt he's watching the stock tick by tick and agonizing over some 100K block sell that causes a further downtick. Some of you are going to drive yourselves crazy watching ASND minute to minute. Three options, (a) either sell and put yourself out of agony (b) buy more if you feel it's time or (c) hold, and wait for a turn to the upside. Companies don't issue press releases to address a weak stock price except in very rare instances. Last, one has to question whether many of the posts here are "value added". Read a book on investment psychology rather than watching each downtick. Dave
